Hi! I’m Steve, a passionate runner whose journey began with the Couch to 5K programme back in 2018. What started as a simple challenge quickly became a full‑blown obsession, and although I came to the sport later than many, I’m certainly making up for lost time.

I'm a fully qualified England Athletics CiRF (Coach in Runnning Fitness) and LiRF (Leader in Running Fitness)
