Do I need to be a certain level to work with you?

Not at all. I coach runners of all abilities — from those building consistency for the first time, to runners training for specific races or personal bests. Your plan is built around where you are now, not where you think you “should” be.


Is this just a training plan, or proper coaching?

This is proper coaching. Your plan evolves based on your training, feedback, and how life is going — with regular check‑ins, support, and adjustments. I won’t just upload a plan and disappear.


How do we communicate?

You’ll have regular check‑ins and support via WhatsApp or Microsoft Teams, whichever you prefer. That means questions answered, sessions reviewed, and tweaks made when needed — not waiting weeks for feedback.


What if I miss a session or life gets busy?

That’s completely normal. Training plans are designed to be flexible, and we’ll adapt things if work, family, illness, or fatigue gets in the way. Consistency over time matters far more than perfection.


Do I need a GPS watch or special equipment?

A GPS watch can be helpful, but it’s not essential. Sessions can be guided by time, effort, or pace depending on what works best for you.


Can you help with strength and injury prevention?

Yes. Optional strength & conditioning sessions are available and can be added to support performance, durability, and injury reduction. These are delivered via app and tailored to runners.


Is there a minimum commitment?

No long‑term contracts. Coaching is billed in 4‑week blocks, giving you flexibility while still allowing enough time to see meaningful progress.


I’m based outside Manchester — can I still work with you?

Absolutely. While I’m based in Manchester, I work with runners across the UK through online coaching.
