Objective data, not guesswork
High-precision video capture and motion-tracking algorithms assess how your body moves when you run. Compared with a visual assessment on its own, you get:
- More accurate measurements
- Consistent, objective data
- Frame-by-frame analysis
- Deeper insight into form, symmetry and biomechanics
Clear, actionable feedback, without the guesswork.

WHAT WE MEASURE
The key markers of your running form
During your session the technology evaluates the biomechanical markers that matter most.

Posture & alignment
Head, shoulders, hips and your overall body position.
Stride length & cadence
How efficiently you cover ground and keep your rhythm.
Foot strike pattern
Heel, midfoot or forefoot, and how it affects your running.
Ground contact time
How long your foot spends on the ground, and what that means for speed and efficiency.
Knee & hip mechanics
Angles, stability and symmetry across each stride.
Arm swing & upper body
Small details that make a big difference over longer distances.
