Just to make sure you feel clear, calm, and confident about what you’re aiming for.
Use the charts to ask yourself:
• Does this pace feel comfortable and achievable from training?
• Can I imagine holding it when things get tough later on?
• Do I have a sensible back‑up if the day doesn’t feel perfect?
You don’t need everything nailed down - you just need a plan that respects the work you’ve already done.
Marathon day rewards patience, clarity, and trust in your preparation.
